Synopsis:

These days, I slip on a Glock as easily as a pair of flip-flops. When Fab and I investigate a string of boat thefts, it blows up--literally--into a high-profile murder case. Worse, whoever knows the truth is trying to ruin my life. It's hiding somewhere amid Miami's phony smiles and phonier alibis. To get to the truth, I may have to cross into grey area that'll get me in a boatload of trouble.



Review:
Drama and mystery all mixed into one story!

Blownup in Paradise is a fast paced exciting and well-written story.  You get a little bit of everything when reading this story – action, mystery, drama and humor. She definitely knows how to captures the reader's attention from the beginning to end. This is an easy to read story that will have you escaping for a few hours of pleasure.

This book is part of a series however, you do not have to read the prior books to understand and enjoy this book. I recommend reading the rest of the books in the series to get more of the quirky characters and mysterious adventures. I recommend Blownup in Paradise to anyone that enjoys reading amusing contemporary fiction stories with a twist of mystery, humor and action.
