Review:
An entertaining intense mystery adventure!
Catch Me If You Can is a fast-paced suspenseful thriller that takes a twisted mystery and turns it into a deadly game. As bodies and victims appear it becomes perplexing as to who the culprit might be. This is an intriguing and well-written story. Miss Mae is an author that really knows how to build up the suspense and keep your attention to the very end. There are many twists and turns in the story to keep you guessing. I wasn’t able to figure it out and had to wait to the reveal at the end to put things together. If you are a fan of mystery, who done it, and “Clue” then this is definitely a book that you would enjoy.
I had the pleasure of listening to the audiobook of this story. The musical theatrics really added some appealing dimensions to the listening experience. The howling wind, glass shattering, doors creaking, a blood-curdling scream will make this an experience you will not soon forget. All of the narrators did a fantastic job with the narration. They had clear and crisp voices that were easy to follow. This was one of the best listening experiences yet. This story really seemed to have had a lot of thought and time put into it and was a step above most audiobooks.
This is the first book that I have read by Miss Mae and will certainly not be my last. I was not disappointed at all. I recommend Catch Me If You Can audiobook to anyone that enjoys a pleasurable listening experience that will keep you guessing to the very end.
