My Review:
An intense, naughty and erotic romance!
Collaring His Cadet is an intense and
steamy naughty story. This story is tense and raw and takes you into a whole
other world that you will want to know more about. This is a story that delves
into the secret club of the school that hides the BDSM taking place on campus.
This book is not for the faint of heart. Nor is it for someone that likes the
light end of the BDSM spectrum. If you are not into reading a book like this,
then don’t start it, but just know that you are missing out on one good book.
The characters are wrote to be real with
having not only their good qualities but also having flaws – just as if a
normal person would. This makes the characters relatable and easy to feel that
you are a part of their world. The book is wrote heavy with the sex scenes in
which you experience the BDSM world and the different environment that
surrounds it. Although it is heavy with BDSM, there is still a story with
romance and individuals that are looking for their happy ending.
The scenes are intense, hot and sexy
just enough to get your heart racing and wanting more. You will be on your toes
wondering what the next assignment will entail. I liked how in the story Remy
was searching for where she fit in. She didn’t want to settle for something and
not be happy. I thought her going through each assignment and questioning
herself gave good credibility to her character. The ending to the story gave
Remy what she craved even when she wasn’t sure at the beginning what it was. There
is never a dull moment while reading the book.
I have read several books from Claire
Thompson and have not been disappointed yet. I look forward to reading more by
this author. I recommend this book to anyone that enjoys a good romance with a
whole lot of kinky naughty play mixed in.
